TechGeekStudio ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered digital marketing agency headquartered in Delhi NCR, India. We operate the website techgeekstudio.com and provide SEO, PPC, social media marketing, web design, and AI automation services to businesses across India and globally.

We collect only what we need to serve you well:
a) Information You Provide Directly
- Contact form submissions: Name, email address, phone number, company name, service interest, budget range, and your message.
- Chatbot conversations: Messages you send to our AI chatbot, optionally your name and email if you choose to share them.
- Account data (dashboard users only): Email, password (hashed — never stored in plain text), profile name.
b) Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: Pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and device type — used in aggregate form only.
- IP address: Logged temporarily for security and rate-limiting purposes; not linked to your identity.
- Cookies: See section 6 below.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric, or government ID information).

- All data is stored on servers hosted in the EU/India region via our cloud provider.
- Our website enforces HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) with HSTS. All API communications are encrypted in transit.
- Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. We never store passwords in plain text.
- Contact form data is retained for 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- You may request deletion of your data at any time — see "Your Rights" below.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Anthropic / OpenAI — Powers our AI chatbot and content generation. Conversations may be processed by their APIs. No identifiable user data is permanently stored by these providers beyond their standard retention windows.
- Google Fonts — Loads web fonts. Google may log the request IP. We use
display=swapwith preconnect. - WhatsApp (Meta) — If you click our WhatsApp link, you are subject to Meta's privacy policy.
- Calendly — If you book via our Calendly link, Calendly collects booking data under their own privacy policy.
- Hostinger — Our hosting provider. They process server logs as a data processor under a data processing agreement.
7. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and, where applicable, GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations).
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in our emails.
- Complain — lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority.
