1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using techgeekstudio.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
TechGeekStudio provides digital marketing services including SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, web design, content marketing, and related consulting. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any materials necessary for us to deliver our services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content, trademarks, or intellectual property you provide to us.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Project-based work may require a deposit. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after work has commenced.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all creative deliverables (designs, written content, websites) produced specifically for their project. TechGeekStudio retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, and templates used in delivering services.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or business information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
TechGeekStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
