Digital Marketing for UAE Businesses, From a Team in India
SEO, Google Ads, websites and tracking for companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. We're ninety minutes behind you, work the same weekdays, and are clear about what we do and don't do in Arabic.
- We're based in East Delhi, India. There's no Dubai office, and we won't claim one.
- India is only 1½ hours ahead of UAE time, so almost the whole working day overlaps — the closest of any market we serve.
- Our prices are published in Indian rupees on our pricing page. We'll confirm the invoicing currency and payment method before anything is signed.
Services for the UAE
SEO
Technical fixes, service pages and content for the searches your customers in the UAE actually use, in English.
Google Ads
Search and Performance Max campaigns with conversion and call tracking, and weekly search-term reviews — which matter more where clicks are expensive.
Real estate marketing
Project sites, launch landing pages and lead tracking. Property is a large part of our work in India, and the playbook carries over.
Websites and landing pages
WordPress, Shopify and custom builds that load fast on mobile and make enquiring easy.
Local visibility
Google Business Profile, reviews and listings for clinics, salons, studios and showrooms.
Tracking and reporting
Analytics, conversion tracking and lead attribution, so you can see which channel pays for itself.
What you get, and what you give up
Almost a shared working day
At 1½ hours apart, this is the easiest market we work with. You can call us in your morning and get an answer the same morning, which removes the usual complaint about offshore teams.
Expensive clicks reward attention
Paid search in the UAE is competitive, and wasted spend adds up quickly. Regular search-term reviews, negative keywords and proper conversion tracking are ordinary work — but they're the difference between a campaign that pays and one that doesn't.
Real estate is familiar ground
A large share of our portfolio is property: developer and project websites, launch campaigns and lead handling for high-value enquiries. Those are live sites you can open and check.
You keep your accounts
Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, your domain and hosting stay in your name, with us added as users. Nothing has to be rebuilt if we part ways.
How the hours actually work
- India is on IST (UTC+5:30); the UAE is on GST (UTC+4). We're 1½ hours ahead of you, all year.
- Your 9am is our 10:30am, so a normal working day here covers a normal working day there.
- Both countries work Monday to Friday. If your business runs Sunday to Thursday, say so and we'll cover the Sunday.
- Calls can be any time in your working day rather than squeezed into one window.
A call in your working day
Thirty minutes on what you sell, who buys it and what you've already tried. No pitch deck.
We look before we quote
We review your site, tracking, Search Console and ad accounts, then say what we'd do first and what we'd leave alone.
A scoped start
A fixed first piece of work with a clear deliverable, so you judge the output before committing to a retainer.
Monthly, with the numbers
Reporting on leads and their sources, and on wasted spend removed, not a screenshot of rankings.
The things buyers abroad actually ask
Do you write in Arabic?
Our team works in English. If you need Arabic pages or ads, we won't machine-translate them and call it done: we'd bring in a native Arabic writer, tell you the cost before we start, and have a native speaker review anything published. Plenty of UAE businesses sell mainly in English, so it's worth deciding deliberately rather than by default.
What about the UAE's data protection law?
The federal PDPL (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) covers personal data for most businesses, and the DIFC and ADGM have their own data protection laws with their own rules on transfers abroad. In practice we ask to be added as users to your own tools rather than taking exports of customer data, and we'll sign an agreement covering how data is handled. That's our practice, not legal advice — check it against your own adviser, especially if you're in a free zone.
How do we know the work is real?
We haven't published UAE case studies, and we won't borrow anyone else's. We'll show you live client sites you can open, walk you through the accounts we'd be working in, and put you in touch with references. A small scoped project is a fair way to test us before a retainer.
What about VAT and invoicing?
We invoice from India. UAE VAT on services bought from outside the country generally falls under the reverse-charge rules if you're registered, so confirm the treatment with your accountant. Currency, payment method and schedule go into the agreement before you sign.
Can you work with our in-house team or another agency?
Yes. We often handle search, ads and tracking while an in-house team owns brand and content, or work behind another agency. We'll agree in writing who changes what, so two people aren't editing the same thing.
Working with us from the UAE
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. We're in East Delhi, India, and work with UAE clients remotely. If an agency advertises a Dubai address, it's worth asking who sits there and who does the actual work.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at ₹25,000/month, with Growth at ₹55,000 and Scale at ₹1,20,000, and lower monthly rates when billed annually. Websites are quoted per project, and ad spend is paid to Google or Meta separately. The pricing page lists what each plan includes.
Can you get us ranking in Dubai for local searches?
Local results depend on your Google Business Profile, reviews, listings and pages about the areas you serve, not on where your agency sits. We set those up and run them. Our free local SEO audit will show you where you stand today.
Do you work with real estate developers and brokers?
Yes. Property is one of our biggest categories in India: project websites, launch pages, lead forms and follow-up. The live sites are in our portfolio.
What happens if we want to stop?
Monthly plans run month to month with no lock-in, and your accounts and site are already in your name, so there's nothing to hand back.
